About us
Since its creation in 1998, the regional branch of Aquitaine has launched over 170 label as well as numerous subsidy campaigns in its 5 départements.
Three times a year, it circulates a newsletter that is also displayed on its new website: www.fondationpatrimoine-aquitaine.com.
The Aquitaine branch has also set up its own Regional Committee. Created in 2002, the committee aims to bring together all the various players in the heritage field around one table in order to carry out coordinated and mutually supportive action.
The Aquitaine branch's offices are situated by the public gardens in Bordeaux, 25 cours de Verdun, where we share premises with the 'Entreprise et Patrimoine' group, whose president is also our regional representative.
Our team
Monsieur Francis Arnaud is the regional representative. He is assisted by 5 départment representatives, all of whom are volunteers: Monsieur Jean-Louis Aucouturier (Dordogne), Monsieur Philippe Marchegay (Gironde), Madame Danièle Neill (Landes), Monsieur Gilbert Carrère (Lot-et-Garonne) et Madame Virginie Larribau-Terneyre (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) ; as well as a team of town/commune representatives.
Mademoiselle Mélanie Laporte is the salaried associate in the Aquitaine branch.
